Delete your Enlerim account
You can request deletion of your Enlerim account here, on the website or inside the Enlerim Android app. You do not need the app.
How it works
- Sign in with the Google account you use for Enlerim.
- Type your username to confirm and send the request.
- Enlerim completes the request manually. You can cancel it here until then.

To protect your account, a deletion request can only be sent while you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

What is deleted
- your account and profile, including profile and cover photos
- your posts, photos, comments, likes, saves, votes, ratings, favorites, lists, event reviews, follows and blocks
- messages you sent, including voice messages, photos and shared locations, and your call history
- your notifications, notification devices and online status setting
What remains
- messages the other person sent you stay in their conversation
- reports other users made about your account are kept for safety, without a link to your account
- server logs until they rotate (about 14 days) and backups until they expire (up to 6 months)
- a one-way coded form of your email address for up to 31 days, so that a device still signed in cannot recreate the account; signing in again removes it and creates a new, empty account
