- Children under 12 are not admitted to the event; attendees aged 12--18 must be accompanied by a parents. - Each participant must have a ticket. - Doors Open: 7:00 PM - For box seat purchase requests, please contact sales@vwarena.com. - The sound systems at the event venue may cause temporary hearing issues. - The lighting systems at the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort. - All attendees must keep their tickets with them throughout the event. - Attendees who exit the event venue and re-enter will be required to purchase a new ticket. - Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to anyone holding tickets not purchased from official sales points. - The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to any individual deemed inappropriate, subject to a refund of the ticket price. - Food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue. - Pets are not permitted in the event venue. - Medications are not permitted in the event venue. - You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times within the event venue. Participants are solely responsible for all their personal belongings. - It is prohibited to bring any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, or sharp or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the event venue. - Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro mounts, and similar items will not be permitted in the event area. - The venue and organizer reserve the right to use photographs and videos of event participants in promotional materials; by participating in the event, attendees consent to the use of such materials. - The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices. - It is prohibited to bring firearms, flammable, explosive, or pyrotechnic materials (*deodorant, *spray, *perfume, etc.), as well as any cutting, piercing, or bludgeoning tools---including items that, even if not intended for attack or defense, are physically capable of being used for such purposes (*helmet, *camping chair, *selfie stick, *tripod, *belt chains, etc.)---even if not intended for attack or defense but capable of being used for such purposes---as well as laser pointers. - Attendees arriving after the event has started will be directed to available seats to maintain order in the venue and avoid disturbing other attendees.
