- The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price. - Guests must comply with the designated seating arrangement. Guests must remain seated in their assigned seats throughout the event. - We kindly request that you arrive at the event entrance at least 30 minutes before the start time with your ticket. - You must present your ticket at the entrance for barcode/ticket verification. If you purchased your ticket with a membership, you can access your ticket by logging in to your membership account and going to the "My Tickets" section. If you cannot access your ticket, or if you did not purchase your ticket with a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service. - The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets. - The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time. - Food and beverages are not permitted in the event venue. - No spectators will be admitted to the hall after the event has started. - Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable. - Cameras and cameras are not permitted in the event venue.
